It’s worth it!! I’ve been using it 7 months now, one 30 minute workout a day with a change in dietary habits is all it takes. I’m seeing my core and abs getting tighter and stronger and dropped five pants sizes and dropped 35 pounds!! I’m giving it five stars

I have to admit I really had my doubts about this exercise machine.... How could this help you lose weight... But I now believe because after 2 1/2 months I lost a total of 16 lbs. and a total of 11 1/2 inch. all around.
I wake up every morning and with a stretching exercise and hand weight I use the Wonder Core ..I am not one who likes to exercise but I love ❤️ using the Wonder Core it helps me ao much with my sit-ups and my belly and legs have really toned down..

Great exercise.... for abs AND my booty and legs. I'm 40 plus yrs old and I mostly use it in the ab mode with just a little resistance.. I wasn't getting any exercise so I was really out of shape...loose all over. Now, belly, my booty and legs have tightened significantly... and it happened quicker than I thought any exercise would be able to do...seriously. I could tell the difference with 2 weeks and then it just kept working more. Now my legs (thighs and calves) as well as my booty (bum, butt, whatever) are firmer than I remember them being since I was in my teens and 20s. I don't even see any cellulite now. I also used it for my abs along with different legs lift exercises, done with very light resist bands, and I'm very pleased with results...I actually can see top 2 ab muscles now.

I can now workout more easily than doing normal abdominal muscles, so you can feel free to do this. My goal is 50 times each day. I was thinking that I should also train my arms, but since I started using this I've lost some belly fat and my muscles got stronger in my upper arm.

Love this Wonder Core Smart Fittness Equipment. My lower back, neck and knee problems. Have had two neck surgeries, one lower back surgery and 5 left knee surgeries. Makes it hard to work out from DVD exercise videos as far as aerobics go. . I've tried many other workout equipment and it left me in a lot of pain. ( not muscles pain from working out either). Tried doing sit ups in my own/ with any exercise equipment and I'm unable to do them including many other exercises This by far for me works the best. I can feel my muscles strengthening as I'm working out. No,joint pain.

I am home health physical therapist. This is a tool I use for some of my elderly patients. I use it primarily to increase strength of gluts and quads as they are stepping onto armbar with one leg. It's a simplified step machine without having them to do steps. Because it has adjustable tension, I am able to increase it for them as they get stronger. Most of my clients are not able to use it in the other positions that are displayed on the insert provided but this position of the machine on the floor has been very valuable. As elderly are trying to stay in their homes, they need to be able to manage 1-4 steps into the house. Great tool!!. Some have even bought the machine to work on it at home.
